Note: The Fluent Support plugin does not use cookies to function on your WordPress website. Cookies are applicable only for the fluentsupport.com website.

Additionally, Google Analytics, Events, and Pixel are used to record traffic-related information and your interactions with the site. 

Payment information

Lastly, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through fluentsupport.com, we collect additional information from you such as your name, billing address, payment information (PayPal email), email address, and shipping address. This information is hereafter referred to as “Order Information.”

Support and contact forms

When using the Support or Contact Form on our website, you may be asked to provide your name and email address so we can maintain communication with you. The information and your public IP address have been stored in the Fluent Support website’s database. 

Moreover, the support ticket submissions are forwarded to the WPManageNinja Support team. All the support form submissions are managed by WPManageNinja.

Contact form data that you submit on fluentsupport.com can occasionally be managed by wpmanageninja.com to contact you or store your site usage preferences.

How Fluent Support website uses Data

We use the information we collect in various ways, including:

Fluent Support Plugin

This section pertains to how the Fluent Support plugin collects and processes data as the package is installed on the WordPress dashboard. This is not to be confused with the data collection policy implemented on fluentsupport.com

Fluent Support plugin is installed and stored directly into users’ WordPress dashboard and operates within their server. None of the information within a user’s server available to Fluent Support is forwarded outside to us or any other parties.

Any data Fluent Support receives through REST-API feature and Incoming webhook feature also falls under this policy, and are not forwarded to us or any other party.

Third-party websites

Users may find advertising or other content on our Site that links to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors, and other related third parties. We do not control the nature or intent of the content or links that appear on these sites and may not be held responsible for the practices employed by such websites linked to or from our Site. 

In addition, these sites or services themselves, including their content and links, may be under constant change. These sites and services most likely adhere to their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on such other websites, including websites that have a link to our Site, will be subject to the terms and policies of the website and not by the Privacy Policy of Fluent Support.

Please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

Third-party APIs

Fluent Support uses several third-party APIs such as Easy Digital Downloads, WooCommerce, Telegram, and Slack. Data retrieved using these APIs is strictly confined to the site on which our product (WordPress plugin- Fluent Support) is installed.

This data is used by the website where the product is installed and stored in the MySQL or MariaDB database. We make sure that Fluent Support doesn’t reveal, send or process any such data. Additionally, no attempts should be made with the goal of extracting any further data from it, whether it be personally identifiable or otherwise. Fluent Support does not store any data for the connected API services.

Any third-party APIs connected with our product may collect usage data. This privacy policy only applies to the Fluent Support plugin. Any other third-party product connected with Fluent Support will function according to their own respective privacy policy. It is advised you visit the Data Policy pages of individual API to know how they may gather and use the data. 

Changes to this Privacy Policy and related updates

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time without notice.

We may also make non-significant changes to this Privacy Policy that will not significantly affect our use of your personal information in general, for which an e-mail is not required. We encourage you to check this page periodically to stay posted on any changes. 

If any non-significant changes to this Privacy Policy are unacceptable to you, you must immediately contact us and, until the issue is resolved, refrain from using the Fluent Support website and any services we provide.
