This section pertains to how the Fluent Support plugin collects and processes data as the package is installed on the WordPress dashboard. This is not to be confused with the data collection policy implemented on fluentsupport.com
Fluent Support plugin is installed and stored directly into users’ WordPress dashboard and operates within their server. None of the information within a user’s server available to Fluent Support is forwarded outside to us or any other parties.
Any data Fluent Support receives through REST-API feature and Incoming webhook feature also falls under this policy, and are not forwarded to us or any other party.

Fluent Support uses several third-party APIs such as Easy Digital Downloads, WooCommerce, Telegram, and Slack. Data retrieved using these APIs is strictly confined to the site on which our product (WordPress plugin- Fluent Support) is installed.
This data is used by the website where the product is installed and stored in the MySQL or MariaDB database. We make sure that Fluent Support doesn’t reveal, send or process any such data. Additionally, no attempts should be made with the goal of extracting any further data from it, whether it be personally identifiable or otherwise. Fluent Support does not store any data for the connected API services.
