Fluent support is the best helpdesk plugin I have used. I have tried so many in the past but Fluent is so simple to use, very powerfull though. Despite the fact that I used the free version, the DevTeam managed to find out the solution to an issue I had with the greek characters. They investigated the problem for over 2 days and they did find what was the problem. It turned out that I hadn’t enabled a setting in the plugin but as I mentioned, even with the free version they gave me the solution. For simple support functionality is the best plugin. I suppose that the premium version will do so much more if it is needed. Great great plugin.

This is a good plugin with good documentation and a good support team. You will find all the features that you need to create your own support portal. WP Manage Ninja is a good company and you will love all their plugins.
