Awesome Support, Support Candy, JS Helpdesk & HelpScout users can now import their whole ticket database in Fluent Support with just a few clicks. The days of manually transferring tickets from one help desk to another are over.
- All you have to do is install Fluent Support while Awesome Support/SupportCandy/JS Helpdesk/HelpScout is still installed on your system. Fluent Support automatically finds the database and copies it into Fluent Support.
- Go to the Global Settings → click on the Ticket Importer, and you will see the Awesome Support, Support Candy, JS Helpdesk & HelpScout.
- Click on the Import Tickets button. After importing is done, a popup will appear & you will get a message on that popup. The message is, Do you want to delete all imported tickets and its data? You can choose Yes or No option according to your needs.
It is simple to import your whole ticket database in Fluent Support & there has never been a better time for that!
