Agent Specific Tickets (My Tickets)

Fluent Support provides a helpful feature which is My Tickets, where you can view & filter tickets that are curated for you. Let’s go through this article to learn how this feature works in Fluent Support

  • The first step is to go to your Fluent Support dashboard & click on My Tickets from the Tickets section. This will take you to a page where a list of all your tickets will appear.

  • You can also Filter, Sort, and Search all your tickets if you need to. And this feature works in the same way as in All Tickets. To learn more about how this works, check this documentation.
