With Fluent Support tickets, you can perform various bulk actions like replying to multiple tickets at once, closing, and deleting tickets in bulk, or running a workflow in multiple tickets at once. Let’s see how you can use this useful feature in Fluent Support.
At first, go to the My Tickets/All Tickets page from your Fluent Support dashboard. For bulk action, mark the entries from the left and a popup will show up with some icons. Each icon performs a certain action. These are all the bulk actions that you can perform –
- Add Reply
- Assign Agent
- Run Workflow
- Add Tag(s)
- Close Tickets
- Delete Tickets
